Intimate Wedding Coverage: Dallas Wedding Photographer

Gorgeous Bride. I always make sure we do one amazing bridal portrait on the day of your wedding.
Place: Waters Edge Ranch in Tioga, TX Perfect spot for a small intimate wedding with large windows and lots of natural light.
Time of Coverage: 5:45 – 8:45 PM (three hours) Trust me, there is PLENTY of time to get a ton of great images.
Ceremony Time: 7:00 PM
Outline: We stared at 5:45 doing all the formal pictures for the Bride & her Family and the Groom and his Family. Then the ceremony, followed by full group shots, and the first dance, and the cake cutting. There was never a “rush”. There is plenty of time to do it all.
You DO NOT have to sacrifice quality. You get the exact SAME quality of imagery from my full scale weddings.
In today’s economy, it might be wise to have a photographer at your wedding for three most important hours instead of the entire day.
We can get a LOT covered in the three hours.
Your Engagement Session
This is a very critical session. In many cases, its vital to getting amazing wedding images. This is your chance to work with your photographer. To learn how they pose, how you look with their posing, how the interact with you, and much more. I recommend NOT booking your wedding photographer UNTIL you have done an engagement session. I see many brides who mistakenly booked the wrong photographer.
I LOVE engagement sessions. My engagement sessions are choreographed dates with guidance. I want it to be a romantic and fun experience. There will be lots of laughs, hugs, and kisses. They generally last 90 minutes or so.
We will also do some individual shots. I have also photographed pets and soon to be step children.
You can also bring a change of clothing if you wish. Avoid selecting wardrobe items that feature strong patterns, bright colors, busy prints, or logos. Apparel featuring those characteristics can sometimes draw attention away from your face, the most important area of your photos. Make sure its pressed, clean, and free of wrinkles. Please, I beg of you, avoid sleeveless shirts, sweaters, or blouses. If both you and your fiance are wearing short sleeves, that is four arms versus two faces. I don’t want the attention to be on your arms – I want it on your face.
Don’t bring a crowd with you. This if your chance to really get into the photography, your relationship with each other and your photographer.
Engagement sessions are important to me as a wedding photographer too. This is when I win over the groom. Grooms are SO scared of photography. They are afraid of looking sissy or feeling girlie. Not with me. My goal is to make him look cool and the bride to look hot. I want to show off your love and affection with hot passionate images and tender moments. I will never make you peek around the tree at each other or do anything goofy like that. I promise a fun time!
I am located in Denton so many of my engagement sessions occur in the area but I have certainly done them in downtown Ft Worth, Deep Ellum in Dallas, and the Canals in Las Colinas. In all honesty, the images are not about the locations as much as they are about YOU.
Engagement sessions are a great time to buy some amazing wall portraits for your home, create “Save the Date” cards, and use for your newspaper wedding announcement. I have also created signature books for weddings and DVD slideshows to send to the bridal party announcing your engagement. There are many fun benefits to engagment sessions.

Weddings can easily add up to $25K to $250K+.
